We do not ship anything physical
Every product on this website is a digital file — a PDF, a set of printables, or a downloadable archive. You will never be asked for a delivery address, and no shipping fee is ever added to your order.
How you receive your purchase
As soon as your payment succeeds, two things happen:
- Your order confirmation page shows a link to your files straight away.
- We email your access link to the address you entered at checkout.
This normally takes less than a minute. Your access link stays valid — you can come back to it later and download the files again.
If it has not arrived
- Check your Spam, Promotions and Updates folders, and search your inbox for “NavKalp”.
- Use the Resend email button on your order confirmation page.
- Still nothing? Email support@navkalp.co.in with your order number or the email address you paid with, and we will send your access manually. We reply within 24–48 business hours.
Delivery is automatic, so an undelivered order is nearly always a mistyped email address or an email filter — both of which we can fix for you. You do not need a refund to get your files; ask us for access first.
What you need
A device that can open PDF files, and enough storage for the download. Some products are supplied as a .zip archive; you will need to unzip it, which every current phone, tablet and computer can do.
