This website is operated by NavKalp (“we”, “us”). These Terms apply to every order placed through it.
1. Who may buy
You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. Our products are designed for parents, guardians, teachers and other adults to use with children — the purchase itself is made by an adult, and we do not sell to children directly.
2. What you are buying
Every product we sell is a digital product delivered electronically — a PDF, a set of printable files, or a downloadable archive. Nothing physical is shipped. You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files, not ownership of them.
You may download the files, keep your own copies, and print them as many times as you like for your own family, your own classroom, or your own personal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or publish the files; upload them to any public or shared site, group or drive; forward your access link to anyone else; or use the contents to create a competing product.
3. Your access link
After a successful payment we email you a unique access link. Treat it like a password. It is not tied to a login, so anyone who has the link can download the files — if you forward it or post it, you have given your purchase away, and that is a breach of these Terms. We may disable a link we find has been shared publicly.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you see is the total you pay — no taxes, shipping or handling charges are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. We may refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, and we may change prices or run promotions at any time — the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout. 5. Delivery
Access is emailed to you within minutes of a successful payment. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for the detail and for what to do if it has not arrived.
6. Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly and all sales are final, with limited exceptions. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The content inside our products — text, recipes, activities, stories, illustrations, prompts and layouts — together with the text and design of this website, is owned by NavKalpor licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
Our products are educational and informational. Recipes and food content are general suggestions, not dietary, nutritional or medical advice — check ingredients against your own household’s allergies and requirements. Activity, learning and story content is not a substitute for professional educational or clinical advice. We do not promise any particular result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from how you use the files.
10. Availability
We aim to keep this website and your download link available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages at our hosting or email providers, and events outside our control can interrupt it.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that governs that order. Material changes are reflected in the effective date above.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
